Don't you want to just grab a fag with a cigarette extender a martooni and be a drunk housewife from the 60's!!?? A graduate of the Royal College of Art, Erdem Moralioglu spent a year working with Diane von Furstenberg before winning the prestigious Fashion Fringe award in 2005. Celebrated for his unique take on prints, he evolves this signature in elegant new ways for each collection. This season sees him inspired by the costumes of the 1920s Ballet Russes ? which comes through in fitted bodices, flared skirts, patchwork-printed silk and theatrical appliquéd embroidery and lace. I just can see Julianne Moore wearing this on and off set. Looking forward to more from this talented designer.
