The Gossip Girl actress hit the carpet for the 2011 MTV Movie Awards in high style wearing a Michael Kors blue dress and purple suede Christian Louboutin pumps. Would she cover up? Tone it down? Nope! Blake looked sexy, confident and without a care in the world. The actress was there to promote her new movie Green Lantern, also starring the delicious Ryan Reynolds.
