Blake Lively stuns at the Elle Style Awards in a bright blue Emilio Pucci dress accented by Pink Christian Louboutin's. Pucci has certainly been getting a ton of press lately. In the last week some of the biggest stars are rockin the Pucc. Back to Blake. I love when she plays with color and the pink pumps are the perfect pairing to her "mullet" dress. At the award show hosted by Alexa Chung, Blake took home the award for the Best TV Star. Perfect teaser for an all new Gossip Girl at 9pm on the CW!
