John Galliano is making headlines and not for dressing celeb faves like Rihanna, Kate Hudson and Drew Barrymore. Galliano was arrested at a Paris cafe after an alleged assault and some distasteful anti - Semitic remarks.Quickly following Dior chief executive Sidney Toledano released this statement
"Dior affirms with the utmost conviction its policy of zero tolerance towards any anti-Semitic or racist words or behaviour, pending the results of this inquiry Christian Dior has suspended John Galliano from his responsibilities"
Wow! This is quite shocking news and there are multiple reports of what really happened. This might not even be his fault. Personally I think that Dior should have stuck by their head designer till this is all sorted out, not that I am condoning his remarks. This should certainly make their new collection debuting March 4th a whole lot more interesting.
