So as everyone knows the Grammys were on last night and would could have been an amazing show was actually quite a dud. Come to think of it, they are always pretty much a snooze fest which is why I think the stars always dress so insane to keep us watching. Lady Gaga should up in an egg for God's sake and I really don't even want to talk about it because that is exactly what she wants. We can talk about her dismal performance last night, which had her rocking her Madonna Blonde Ambition hair and whippin it back and forth a la Willow Smith basically dressed as a condom. Congrats are in order though, as she won three awards and had almost as many Thierry Mugler outfit changes. I thought Katy Perry delivered an actual sweet performance, singing her songs "Not Like The Movies" and "Teenage Dream" while showing wedding clips with her husband Russel Brand. Now, I can't be so nice about her red carpet choice. Wearing Armani the star looked like she was going to an Indian wedding...and apparently she was flying there since she had a giant pair of wings on her back. Ugh. I get it Gaga is going to steal your thunder but how about looking smoking hot and people talk about that instead of wondering if you are a part of X- Men. Another red carpet blunder...Rihanna. Wearing a Jean Paul Gaultier sheer gown the star looked awful. The dress on the runway is actually quite stunning, but with Rihanna's killer curves the dress loses it's beauty. Kim Kardashian looked waaayyy to done up. Going for a Marlyn Monroe theme in Kaufman Franco the star actually looked like she was waiting for her pimp. All that was missing was a mink fur and a bruise. Moving on. Miley Cyrus had enough accesories on to share with the whole audience in a tacky Roberto Cavalli dress that did nothing for her body. Jennifer Lopez just needed an ankle strap and she would have been flawless. Eva Longoria looked stunning in an Ashi dress that higlighted her petite frame as did Lea Michele in a Emilio Pucci gown that showed tons of leg and cleavage. Also in Pucci and tons of leg was Ciara working her blue dress and them gams to the fullest. I was in love with her colored cuff! Heaven! Wow...is that it?? I guess there really aren't too many best dressed which is in true fashion with the Grammys every year. Stay tuned for Charlotte's beauty coverage later!
