I am literally going into cardiac arrest. There is so much to talk about on the carpet already and the big name celebs haven't eeven hit the carpet yet. Let's just get this out of the way though. Olivia Wilde dazzles in a Marchesa ballgown one of my favorite designers. (For more on the design duo click here Designer Spotlight: Marchesa ) With mininal accesories (except for Christian Louboutin yellow gold spiked crystal booties, a fave of Kylie Minogue) and sleek hair she will for sure going to be one of the best dressed of the night!
